Peer Mentoring
The Peer Mentor scheme here at Debenham High School is run to support and encourage students in the Lower School, Years 7, 8 and 9.
Students from Year 9 and Year 10 work with Mrs Keeble, Student Support Coordinator, in planning and running events and activities to encourage students to become independent and confident students.
Our Peer Mentors are selected through an interview process in Year 8 and will have active duties until they reach Year 11. The students receive on-going training throughout their time as Peer Mentors.
